Hi everyone,
As a reminder, this week I'm sending you five days of homework to help you tap into your inner knowing -- aka your truest truth. If you didn't catch yesterday's email, go back and read it because today's homework builds off that one.
Today's assignment (#2) is as follows:
Yesterday, I asked you to write about what you really want. Today, I'd like you to take one piece of that list and actually create a plan for it. And yes, we're still going to ask the "omg this is impossible!" self to step aside for a moment. We'll get to her tomorrow.
What does this mean? For example, if you wrote that you want a 6-figure business, you're going to outline what you'd do to get there. You're going to look at that annual earnings number and make a plan for how you'd use the money. What goes into savings? What do you need for your daily life? What will you do with the rest?
If you wrote that you want to move to a new place, I want you to actually sketch out 5-6 steps you'd need to take to make the move happen. How will you decide where to go? What would be required to get your stuff from here to there?
This exercise takes your brain from "this is off limits" mode to "hypothetically there is an actual action plan" mode. Our brains actually have experience very little difference between imagination and reality -- so right now, we're acclimating you to the idea that what was once impossible, could be possible. If you have time, close your eyes for 2-3 minutes and imagine yourself taking those steps. Imagine yourself in this future reality where you have what you want. What are you wearing? How do you feel?
I can't wait to hear how this one goes. And if any worries come up and you find yourself running away with that train, start a list called "why I can't have this" and tuck it to the side. That's tomorrow's homework.
xo,
Jenni
